Do you have insurance?
Yes, I would be happy to provide certifications of insurance (COI)
When will we receive our images?
My goal is to provide a downloadable link within 72 hours after the event
How will you provide me the images?
I will provide you a gallery or a dropbox link with images so you can share or download
Do you provide Print onsite?
Yes, we could provide 4x6 or 5x7 professional print onsite photos
Headshot booth, how do guest get their photos?
We email the photos to the guest instantly from one of our tablet sharing devices
Do you require a deposit?
Yes and No, sometimes. If we collect a deposit it would be 25% and full payment due the last day of the event

What happens if the photographer is Tardy?
In my 18 years as a full time photographer I have never been late to a job or missed a job. I always arrive early.
What happens if equipment failure?
No worries I always bring 2 cameras and back up equipment
Your rate was higher than the other photographers, Why should we hire you?
Yeah I do take some awesome photos but you will be surprised how little direction I need, my attention to detail and how well I will nail your shot list. My people skills, FORGET ABOUT. But with all that aside; request to view a full 3 day conference gallery and see if other photographers is consisted throughout the whole shoot and not just posting lucky shots.
What are your rates?
We offer competitive rates for photography services. Our photography rates fluctuate depending on the hours booked, service booked (headshot Booth), ranging from $100 to $250 an hour. We strive to provide our clients with the best quality services at the most affordable prices.
What areas do you cover?
We provide photography nationwide, you never pay a travel fee it's built into our hourly rate
